The following Terms & Conditions govern the use of Love Pickle Club’s courts, facilities, equipment hire, membership, and participation in activities. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. General Obligations

  • All members, guests, and participants must comply with Love Pickle Club’s rules, regulations, and staff directions.

  • You must use the facilities and equipment responsibly and with due care.

  • Any breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

2. Court Hire & Membership

  • Court hire bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law.

  • Members must keep their details up to date and notify Love Pickle Club of any changes.

3. Equipment Hire

  • Equipment must be returned in the same condition as issued.

  • You are responsible for any damage or loss to hired equipment.

  • Additional charges may apply for repair or replacement.

4. Waiver & Risk Acknowledgment

  • Participation in activities involves inherent risks, including injury.

  • By using our services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

  • Love Pickle Club is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered except to the extent required by law.

5. Payments & Fees

  • All fees must be paid in full at the time of booking or as otherwise specified.

  • Love Pickle Club reserves the right to amend pricing at any time.

  • Overdue payments may result in suspension of access until settled.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Court hire cancellations must be made at least [insert timeframe] prior to booking for a refund or credit.

  • Memberships and programs are non-refundable unless required under consumer law.

  • Love Pickle Club reserves the right to cancel sessions or bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, safety).

7. Code of Conduct

  • Abuse, harassment, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.

  • Love Pickle Club reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate access for misconduct.

8. Amendments

  • Love Pickle Club may update or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

  • The latest version will be published on our website and made available on request.

  • Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
